How do I book a tour?
Choose any tour and use the booking form or message us on WhatsApp at +971 56 587 8359. We confirm availability, final price and pickup in writing.
Is hotel pickup included?
Most tours include pickup and drop-off from hotels, apartments and residences in Dubai or Sharjah. Each tour page lists the exact pickup arrangement.
Are city and day tours private?
Yes. The city and UAE day tours are private for your group, normally in a vehicle for up to seven guests.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment arrangements are confirmed with your booking. Cash in AED and other agreed methods may be available depending on the experience.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Free cancellation is generally available up to 24 hours before departure. Please check the tour page and cancellation policy for details.
Are children allowed?
Children are welcome on most tours. Dune bashing may not be suitable for very young children, pregnant guests or people with back or neck conditions.
What should I wear for a desert safari?
Wear comfortable loose clothing, closed shoes, sunglasses and sunscreen. Bring a light jacket during cooler winter evenings.
Can you customise an itinerary?
Yes. Private city and day tours can be adjusted around your interests, available time and attraction priorities.
Do attraction tickets come with city tours?
Unless specifically listed, attraction entry tickets are not included. We can help arrange popular tickets in advance.
How quickly will you confirm?
WhatsApp enquiries are normally answered quickly. Your booking is confirmed only when our team sends written confirmation.
